Blue Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients:

125 g oats
50 g almond flour
25 g unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
½ cup @c2ococonutwater ORGANIC PURE COCONUT WATER
15 g spirulina powder
10 g coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Decoration: Unsweetened shredded coconut flakes for decoration

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a food processor, except for the decoration.
Add more oats, if it is too watery.
Once you have a doughy consistency, place the mixture into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll them into little balls.
Optional: Roll the balls through unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
Serve immediately or store the bliss balls in an airtight container
