Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Servings Per Recipe: 1
Ingredients:1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 handful of spinach
1/2–1 cup @c2ococonutwater
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
Process until completely smooth. Add more milk or water to thin if desired.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
