C2O Creamy Coconut Coffee Popsicles

Ingredients:1 can C2O Espresso Coconut Water
1 cup coconut cream
½ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
6 dates, roughly chopped and pitted
1 shot of espresso, cooled
1 teaspoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
What you’ll need:
- In blender, add all ingredients and puree on high for about 30-40 seconds or until smooth.
- Strain mixture into a liquid measuring cup and pour into a popsicle mold. Place a popsicle stick in each mold and freeze for about 4 hours or until solid.
