C2O Dairy Free Espresso Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:1 cup Espresso flavored C2O coconut water
1 ripe avocado
1 tbsp organic maple syrup
2 tbsp organic cocoa powder
1/4 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch sea salt
- Pour coconut water into a large pot and turn heat on low/medium.
- Cut avocado in half and place avocado flesh into the pot.
- Add maple syrup and cocoa powder.
- Add spices and salt.
- Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth or put into a blender to blend.
- Add more C02 espresso coconut water if needed to get it smooth and to the consistency you prefer.
- Pour into your favorite mug for you and your loved one and enjoy!
