C2O Green Bowl

Ingredients:
1 green apple2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 handful of kale
1/2 kiwi fruit
1/3 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup C2O pure coconut water
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Add some toppings. I added fresh blueberries, teff seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, walnuts, shredded coconut and flaxseeds.
