C2O Purple Monster Smoothie

3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup C2O coconut water
1 Tbsp creamer
4-5 ice cubes
1/4 cup frozen zucchini
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 frozen banana
1 Tbsp of each: hemp seeds & chia seeds, coconut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein


Blend all the ingredients together except the protein powder. Blend longer than you usually do, so that the chia seeds & hemp seeds really turn the drink creamy and pudding-like. Once it’s all blended, add in a scoop of protein powder, pulse quickly, and pour it up! Top with hemp seeds and cacao nibs!
