Chocolate Delight Cake

Ingredients:

Crust:
2/3 cup sprouted green buckwheat
1/3 cup almonds
1/2 pitted dates
2 tsp cacao powder
Filling:
1 cup cashew soaked
1 1/2 cup C2O Original Pure Coconut Water
1/2 cup coconut oil melted
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp erythritol
2 tbsp phylum husk
2 tsp vanilla

Toppings:
2 kiwi sliced
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup blueberries
1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions:

Process crust ingredients in a food processor.
Press mixture into 6 inch spring form.
Blend filling ingredients and pour over the crust.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more.
Add toppings.
Slice into 8-10 pieces.
