
Coconut Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients:
1 butternut squash (peeled and diced)2 cups of @c2ococonutwater
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
Directions:
Cook 1 butternut squash (peeled and diced) with 2 cups of @c2ococonutwater + 1 tsp minced garlic + 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon + 1/2 cup coconut milk + 1/2 tsp salt + pepper. Once cooked, blend with an immersion blender or a blender. Serve and drizzle with more coconut milk + chopped herbs + flaky salt + cracked black pepper + pomegranate seeds + a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil
