1 generous handful baby spinach⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1/2 cup frozen cucumber⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 avocado
1 frozen banana ⠀
1/2 cup frozen mango ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 packet Matcha Blast Latte with lions mane & prebiotic ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp ashitaba⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 cup @c2ococonutwater with matcha ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth, add any or no toppings & of course enjoy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
