Vegan Mango Pineapple Turmeric Coconut Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups frozen pineapple⁣
2 cups frozen mango⁣
1 tsp turmeric⁣
1/2 cup pineapple @C2Ococonutwater ⁣
1/4 cup full fat coconut milk⁣

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender and blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. For more of a soft-serve consistency you can eat it right away.⁣
  2. For more of a hard-packed ice cream, pour into a loaf pan, smooth, then put in the freezer.⁣
  3. Let the ice cream sit in the freezer for about 30 minutes – 1 hour then scoop and serve!⁣
  4. Enjoy! Yum!⁣
