C2O Chocolate Banana Smoothie
Preparation Time: 15 minutes (make sure to freeze ice cups, kale and banana before)
Servings Per Recipe: 1
Ingredients:
3/4 cup C2O coconut water3-4 frozen plant-based milk ice cubes
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 frozen green banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp acacia powder
1/4 cup frozen kale
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 tsp Cocoa powder
Directions:
Blend C2O coconut water, frozen plant-based milk ice cubes, unsweetened almond milk, frozen green banana, peanut butter, acacia powder, and frozen kale. Then add chocolate protein and Cocoa powder. Top with Pumpkin pie spice, Cacao nibs, maca powder, and granola!
C2O Tropical Smoothie
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Servings Per Recipe: 1
Ingredients:
1 cup of C20 Coconut Water, Mango flavorJuice of 1 blood orange
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 frozen banana
1 /2 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple (optional)
A touch of your favorite sweetener (i.e. honey)
Directions:
Blend on high and make sure there is liquid in the bottom of the cup to help your blender. Top with fresh fruit (blood orange, strawberry, kiwi), edible flower petals and chocolate chunks.
C2O Chocolate Protein Bliss Balls
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Servings Per Recipe: 13 Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds1/2 cup gluten-free quick oats or roller oats
2 scoops (46 g) vegan chocolate protein
1/4 cup + 2 Medjool dates (pitted and packed)
~1/4 cup C2O Coconut Water with pulp
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- If you are using rolled oats, place them into a food processor and run until they are broken down into the consistency of quick oats and uniform, about 30 seconds or so.
- Place all of the remaining ingredients into a food processor and run until a dough forms, adding more coconut water a tablespoon at a time as needed (the dough should stay together when you press it between your fingers).
- Scoop the dough into a 1 tablespoon-sized balls, being sure to press it tightly to help it stay together. Continue with all of the dough.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
